Payments to our company can be made by the various methods below.

By Credit / Debit Card over the telephone or online

We are now also able to accept international credit and debit cards for payment. (A 2.8% charge will be added to all card payments to cover the credit card company transaction costs).

By paying directly into our HSBC Business Bank account

Payments can be made directly into any branch of HSBC. If you use internet online banking with your own bank, payments can be made directly into our account from there. (We will phone or email you with our account details).

By sending a cheque

Just send us an English cheque made payable to “Petz Back Home Ltd” to the English office address below. (See our Terms & Conditions regarding cheque payments) PetzBack Home Ltd, C/o Unit 9, Sprinter Units, Pool Industrial Estate, Pool, Redruth, Cornwall. TR15 3RH

Bank Payments if you live outside the UK

You can also pay us in Euros by going to your own Spanish bank asking them to transfer the money directly into our English HSBC Bank account. (Again we will phone or email you with our account details).

Personal collection

Finally, you can also pay us by taking your payment personally to a member of our staff in Torrevieja or depending on mileage, a staff member will collect the payment from your home.
